I agree with this, it would cut out all the nonsense of copying others' picks and so on, it should be written into the rules for the next time. Good shout.

Another thing to take note:

Deadline for pick submission will be the scheduled time stated in the order of play. A buffer of 5 mins will be given and anything other than this will be voided. This should be detailed in the rules and regulation.
