Tricky question. We may never fully understand how much influence a coach has in success or failure - in certain cases at least.
I disagree that Ljubicic and Vajda should be on the list. Vajda gets credit for helping form Djokovic but that was a decade ago. Novak and RF don't really depend on any coaches to excel.
So far Lendl seems to be on top from this bunch, but he'll never be a full-time coach.
Norman is fairly competent.
Becker simply gave Novak confidence with his presence. Does that count?

COTY is the coach of a player who has a remarkable season exhibiting things like increased confidence, tactical improvements, variations in stroke or serve mechanics improving upon previous years.
Now I’m not saying all this has to be on account of the coach. Even if a coach like Lendl or Becker or Edberg just sits there in the box giving support to their player and one sees a marked difference in performance with them there, I say thats COTY worthy.
Each of the coaches I listed made a difference in a player’s year or career. No one can argue the Lendl effect on Murray breaching the slam barrier or Becker’s successful partnership with Novak in his ‘first’ prime. Similarly, Edberg may have helped Roger quite a bit but Roger’s 2017 with the backhand has been widely attributed to Ljubicic. Magnus Norman really helped Stan improve on his fitness and self belief the year he won those slams.
That’s what I’m talking about.
If Zverev wins a slam in 2019, you don’t think Lendl will get credit? Perhaps he could have done it without Lendl too but that would be conjecture and whatever the effect- paychological, tactical, match preparation or a bit of all, if the presence of a new coach does that - I think it is COTY worthy.
