predictions - breakout and breakdown players

OK boys, it's time for predictions: your list of the top breakout and breakdown players. A breakout is a player who rises to a new level and, at the least, slices their ranking in half. So in 2011, Tomic making it into the top 45 from the 200's and Fish making it into the top 8 from 16 were both breakout players, though Tomic obviously more so. A breakdown is somebody who doubles their ranking and regresses.

My prediction:

Ryan Harrison - had a good end to the year, should break into the top 40 (now 79).

Isner - now 18, he can be unbeatable at times. Should make it to the ATP championships with a top 8 finish (if he can stay healthy).

Breakdown - Troicki at 22 - I don't see how he ever got this high, the guy is also out of shape and dull. Out of the top 50.

-Djokovic will win 3 slams and get the no.1 spot
-Davydenko will fall out of the top 20
-Raonic will have a good start to the year but will probably get injured around May

You mean Keep the number one spot, right? He's already got it. Unless you think he might lose it along the way?

Edit - Thinking about it. You probably mean, getting the year end ranking number one.
