600 sq. cm. = 93 sq. in.
630 sq. cm. = 98 sq. in.
660 sq. cm. = 102 sq. in.
Of course, those are approximations and Head measures from the outside of the frame IIRC. The Prestige Tour, or Trisys 300 in the USA, was offered in the 600 and 660. During the same time, the Pro Tour 630, aka (Trisys) Pro Tour 280 and the Trisys 260 aka Radical Tour was offered in the 630. The Trisys 270 aka Graphite Tour was offered in the 600 and 660.

^ I can't say for sure. What I remember is that the numbers Head used are approximations, probably for marketing purposes. I'm sure VSBabolat or Pro_Tour_630 mentioned it in a post somewhere.
I've often wondered how Head measure the head size. my prestige mp seem to be the same size as my brothers 6.1 95 but the outside measurement of the prestige mp must be more the 98 right? maybe they measure the outside of the string location? I dunno...
I have three Prestige 660s lying around (of course one has about 10oz of lead tape on it that I use for stretching) and compared to my girlfriend's Wilson 98" head size, the 660 is barely larger, if at all.
