Prince 98 ESP vs Prince Rebel 98

I have been using the Prince Rebel 98 like it a lot. Thinking of getting the Prince tour ESP is the spin that much better or it it all hype. Has anybody used both rackets thanks for the feedback

Not hype. Tennis Magazine gave this and the Tour 100T ESP the "Best Spin Rackets" award. A must demo for you.

I've hit with both but only for a few minutes. I don't like the balance of either frame but I'd say the ESP 98 feels like the Rebel with a little more spin.

I haven't hit with the Rebel but had the ESP for a while. Nice frame, comfortable muted feel and absolutely outrageous spin. Well worth a demo

I own 2 Rebel 95s and two savage bananas customized to Rebel 95 specs (330 sw, 7 hl, 12,2 oz strung). I also owned a Rebel 98 Team at one point, which iirc has the same string pattern as the Rebel 98.

The banana is very, very different than the Rebel 95, and even though the 16x20 string pattern in a 98 size frame is more spin friendly than the 95s 18x20 pattern, the banana is something on the opposite side of the spectrum, kinda like Nadal vs. Fed/DelPotro ;-)

That being said, I love my bananas. It brings out the moonballer in me (which is a guilty pleasure being a Fed fan ;-))

You say a little more spin some say massive spin. Cant wait to try and see how it hits. Mikeler I respect your opinion on string your reviews are spot on. I expect I will agree with you regarding rackets.
