Prince - and their website

Semi-Pro
As a long time Prince user (20+ years), I really enjoy the collaboration TW has done with this brand to keep them as relevant as possible. The insight from the recent interview you guys did with Prince was great as well.

One interesting observation is Prince's website. You guys have such a close relationship and the Prince website even directs you to TW when looking for product, however their site is couple years outdated now as some of the product they show on their site isn't even offered anymore. The new Phantoms aren't updated, nor are the RipCord and RipStick offerings. Just seems like good business sense to at least update the site!

I realize they are small operation but going on years of outdated material cannot be good for business.

Honestly even for companies whose products I buy on a regular basis, I RARELY visit anyone’s corporate website. They’re kinda an afterthought. People really only go to them to find contact info for when they need to call/email to complain about something.

I just feel that their distribution channel is limited, and anyone just generally curious or unaware of Prince could go to their site. If you did not know TW was the sole distributor, you'd never know what was going on offering wise.

I agree, Prince clearly doesn’t have much manpower desicated to their electronic storefronts, or even their social medias. On Facebook, 5 days ago they made a post saying Marcel Granollers had just won his SF dubs match and was into another slam final…. And then nothing. They didn’t even make a post congratulating their sponsored player for winning a slam - one of their few remaining factory pros. For five days now.

Just bad.
