The PD might serve slightly better.

The Beast is more solid feeling but swings a bit cluby.

Its better to compare the beast 98 to the pure strike..
Pure Drive and beast 100 is Apple to Apple

My daughter fell in love with the crisp, yet softer feel of the O3 Beast 100. She chose it over the Pure Drive, Textreme Warrior (*Harrier) Pro, Textreme 100P, Phantom 100, Speed Pro, and many others that she demoed. It is a great frame for my daughter because she gets lots of power from being able to swing faster, and she likes the feel on impact, which again feels crisp, yet softer in feel than most other tweeners. Kind of too bad that it isn’t getting the attention that it deserves.

Agree..I think the beast 100 is the biggest serving racket I have ever used..finally the microgel extreme pro has been unseated..
I need to get the radar gun out on it..crazy heavy serves..they explode off the court..

You will get equally impressive serves with the 100p..
It just takes a tad more effort..
Assuming your tension is in the 40's

No..ground strokes are controlled...it's not a wild beast..
Its tameable..
It more controlled than a pure drive..
