Prince Chang os longbody grommets

Ask @graycrait, since he has both. You could also check with Tennis Machines and see if they have the grommets. TW stocks the "Classic Graphite 107" which makes me hesitate, though I know they do fit the older "Graphite Classic 110."

I just cut out the string on a Chang OS Longbody. I took out a NIB grommet set for a POG 107. I pulled the throat piece out of the Chang and tried to put the throat piece of the POG in its place. The hole positions are slightly off and in any case the POG throat piece individual grommets are way "fatter" than the Chang's. I stopped the experiment right there. I have no idea if the rest of the grommets might fit from POG to Chang. I ran into this with a Spectrum Comp 110. I ended up cutting a POG 107 grommet set in several pieces and made it work. Looks hideous. A complete Fittex would have looked better. I did that to POG 1 stripe, every grommet hole has a Fittex. I put a tiny dab of Bob Smith INdustries Insta Cure on the back side of each Fittex tab. That way the FIttex didn't fall out. Additionally I found even after the glue cured, all I had to do was apply some slightly firm pressure to pop out a Fittex with this glue.

Thank you, Sir Graycrait. I remember Prince as well as other makers doing this sort of malarkey to their frames by moving holes a few tenths of a mm or drilling their holes smaller. I know they do this so people have to buy frames, but.....

OP, best of luck finding the proper grommet sets. If you know the specific Prince part number or Engineering code, that will make searching more productive.
