Prince EXO3 Graphite & Rebel Frames

I played with Rebel and I expected SW to be 327-330. 337 is on par with k90. However, serving with Rebel is MUCH easier. It swings really smooth and it is relatively easy to accelerate the head...

I agree, serving was much easier w/ the racket, I think I got at least 5 extra miles on my serve. Not 100 % comfortable with it at the baseline, but it gave me the necessary pop and I was still able to provide a pretty heavy ball, comfort level wasn't as high though. Like I said before, balance was way off when I stuck my finger into the throat, and the swing weight wasn't my liking.

Hit with the new sticks today...liked the Graphite 100, 93 and Rebel 95. It's down to the Graphite 93 and the Rebel 95 for me.

what was the string and tension used in each?

No idea of the tensions. The Rebel was strung with the new Hybrid Power EXP 17/16. The Graphites were strung with Recoil. I'd like to try the Graphite 93 with a little lead and with the same strings as the Rebel to be able to figure out which one I'll be playing with.

^^^ I was very surprised at how much sting the 93 had looking at the stats, but mine came in at 12.4 ready to play, which might explain why it had more than I bargained for.

Was it really that heavy...I'm surprised. I thought it swung pretty fast...faster than the Rebel. I didn't bring my scale so I wasn't able to weigh them.

Jolly: Do you think a little lead at 3 and 9 will make the 93 even better? I think it could really make the stick amazing.

The 100 was a great stick...just a little too light for my taste. I think it'll be the most popular stick of the 4 players frames in the EXO3 line. It had a huge sweetspot and was very comfortable. I could take big swinging topspin cuts with ease. Spin was good, better than the SPT. Bigger sweetspot than the SPT. Volleys more solid than stock SPT (the weight I've added to my SPT helps with this). I didn't get to serve with it, as I knew I wouldn't be switching too it due to the weight. Overall, though, I think the 100 will be an easy transition from the SPT.

I have to say, all of the sticks in the line are more stable than the Ozones that I've played with. Prince really did a good job of listening to the players and improving on past weaknesses.

Ya, I didn't have any trouble whipping it around, was fun for bending the ball, angle wars, and cute little hooking passes.

I didn't even think about customizing it. I liked it pretty well in stock form, just needed to be strung a bit looser.

It isn't like I would ever switch to it, so I didn't put any thought into customizing it.

I should stay away from these threads - I cannot wait to demo these sticks, but after just changing my main weapons, I probably shouldn't :) I still do have an incredible soft-spot for Prince though and a couple of these looks right up my alley.

^^^^ Dude. It is nice. If you have followed my reviews on anything, you know I don't get that honeymoon thing where I love every new racquet/string/shoe/whatever.

So it should in theory count for something when I endorse a frame.

I'm also interested in a demo. You say you changed your main guns from what to what?
