Prince Graphite Classic 107 Grommets

I have a client whom I string for, and he has several of these racquets. He just purchased 2 brand new ones, and the grommets are different than what is in the older ones. The older racquets have a traditional bumper guard and grommet strips. The new frames have no bumper guard and each grommet is an individual tube. The new style has so far been very problematic. The tubes don’t stay put - so it is very easy for them to fall out and get lost whilst removing old string or while installing new string.

My questions are, if I order a grommet set from TW for the racquet in question, which style would I receive? And, does anyone know if the older style grommet set would fit the new frames?

We wouldn't recommend trying to fit those grommets onto the new bumperless 107. The individual Fittex grommets may be the better option. As a side note, the Classic Graphite 107 with the bumper guard is coming back sometime next year. We are waiting for new stock to be made.

Would this fit POG 4 stripes?

We've never tried it, so unfortunately don't know for sure and don't have any of that particular model around to give it a try.
