looks like the original. Despite its extra length and ov head i found it to have low power, probably because its light and flexible. I wonder if Chang actually played his signature model or a paintjob of other Prince model?

These specs have me curious. Seems like a interesting platform frame. You don’t see many frames with this comvo:

- lots of customization room.
- thin beam
- OS
- extended length.

Add in Head light and Flexible to that combination.

I just wonder if it will feel flimsy at that low weight.

Of course it would feel flimsy. You would need to lead it up to 360+ swingweight just to have the same mass in the head as a standard length POG.

Ummm. Anyone do the math? 50th anniversary would suggest the frame was introduced in...1970?

Given that Chang was born in 1972, I fail to see how they could be celebrating the 50th anniversary of his signature frame.
Chang will be 50 soon.

It's Prince's 50th Anniversary, not the Racket's.
Well, it’s a poorly worded advertising campaign, then. Didn’t we recently have a Wilson Pro Staff Classic 6.1 25th Anniversary? That wasn't Wilson's 25th Anniversary, it was the Pro Staff 6.1's.

Blame Racket Guys not Prince. Prince's advertising campaign has always stated these re-releases were in honor of the company's 50th anniversary. TW doesn't even mention the anniversary in their 50th anniversary releases of the POG 107 and CTS Synergy DB 26.

The Specs are correct. It was that light.

Measurements from German Tennisrevue 1995:
Unstrung:
RA 57
SW 304
Weight 287g
They tested nearly 200 Rackets that year. The Chang was one of the 6 fastest ! And really measured the speed and comfort. Schockabsorption and Vibrationen Dampening was not so good.

maybe there already was a proto type in 1970 or Prince celebrates anniversery of their company?
