Hey there TT members,

First off, thank you all for the great posts that have already been submitted. This is a new and exciting program, and we’re eager to engage with the TT community to help deliver products and information that truly help take your games to the next level.

Before we start answering questions, there are a few things to point out:

1. You are actually engaging directly with Prince product and player development managers . This is not a summer intern program. We are dedicated to taking our products and your game to the next level, and the best way to do that is to speak directly with you, the athletes.

2. While we’re always eager to make our products better, it's important that we hear not only what's NOT working for you, but also what IS working for you. We need both sides of the story in order to make your comments come to life.

3. Our ultimate goal here is to have an open and forward-thinking dialogue about the future direction of Prince products and all other areas of the game. Though some answers may not be to exactly what you hoped for, they will be detailed, sincere, and straight from the horse’s mouth.

4. We have extensive elite partnerships and the most knowledgeable staff in the sport, with expertise in nutrition, training, sponsorship, mental conditioning, etc. While we appreciate the product related questions, please don't hesitate to ask about these other important topics which can help take your game to the next level.

5. Please be aware that we will do our best to respond to every question asked, we must also conduct our daily responsibilities and continue to develop products and programs for athletes.

prince, will john isner be switching rackets from the current O3 that he is using anytime soon? Also, why dont you make it harder to tell the difference between isner's actual racquet, and the onee you show him using? if you are even slightly observent watching an isner match, you can clearly see he isnt using the EXO Black

Regarding Shahar Peer's gear, why did she move to the EXO3 Black paintjob? It gets a pretty strong presence from Isner and Bartoli, and even on TV it's apparent that she's still using the EXO3 Red.

Clothing

Prince has not made or distributed any new clothes since last Spring. Are there plans for new clothing lines in the near future? Thanks.

How long does it take for a new racket line to go from idea to consumer ready to sell

I really find it hilarious that people would ask about the paint jobs that pros are using. Do you think Prince is going to admit to painting pros rackets? That's laughable...

When will you sell bumper guards? i can never find them, i find the grommets replacements instead. I NEED BUMPER GUARD FOR MY REBEL LOL. If they're already there can you point me to them, because so far I've only been able to find the grommet replacements.

Honestly, just about everyone on these boards knows that all racquet companies use paintjobs for marketing purposes. We can see that Isner and Querrey are using O3s instead of EXO3s even from our televisions at home (or in my case, the ever-so-conveient live feeds online). My personal take on PJs is that while I find it less than honest, I couldn't care less because they don't influence my decision to buy their products. So why not ask if we all know anyways?

I understand that we all know. But there's no way that they would admit to it. There job is to sell the newest racket line, so why would they admit to their players using old, supposedly inferior technology? Is it wrong to lie to the consumer? Yes. Will they stop any time soon? No...

When will Prince market their Tour balls so that every retailer sells them? The soft court Prince Tours are my favorite. The hard court version sometimes there is a problem with stuff rattling around inside the ball after a few games.

Prince, I really liked the "Gold" line of women's clothing that came out about 2 years ago. Any plans for bringing back this line?

Changes coming for Prince?

My local rep. has just left Prince after 20+ tears, but isn't talking about it in detail yet. Anyone else see any changing of the guard in your areas?
