Prince Neos 1500 vs Alpha Axis pro

I'm considering buying a used stringing machine to string my daughters rackets and found a Neos 1500 and an Alpha axis pro similarly priced. Which would yall recommend and why ? Thanks

Appreciate it. Looks like the 1500 is no longer made. Are parts interchangeable with the 1000 ?
Turntable, etc parts are not interchangeable with the 1000… @Rabbit can give you a definitive answer on this, concerning any other parts.

Talk with JC at Tennismachines dot com concerning any parts if you need them…if anyone has them he will.

@Rebel556,

Correct, the 1500 is (currently) not in production.
IIRC (per JC at T.M.), that may/may not change in the future.

As for interchangeability of parts...
Depends on the specific part.
Some are, some aren't.

Not to worry though.
There are very few things that can go wrong on a 1500.
Even certain things/parts could be third-party sourced, if needed.

Man….
Is this the 1500 I saw a guy selling for $700. That’s an absolute steal! A bargain of a lifetime for a great machine!

Gentlemen said he bought it new and strung 3 or 400 rackets on it. Looks to be in good shape in the pictures. Going to meet up with him Friday and he is going to string one of my rackets up with me..

Its in Texas but the price was actually a little better than that. Going to pick it up Friday

Drive away like you stole it...
because you did!

Once you have it, reach out to me.
I can give you some helpful mounting advice/tips for it.

Cheers, Wes

@Rebel556 ,
A 1500 for $700!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????? I am jealous. If you are feeling bad about taking advantage I'll trade you my Neos 1000 for the 1500, depending on how far I have to travel.

@Wes , I am pretty sure I didn't mention tossing in cash, but I would "sweeten the pot" with a baseball cap or two:)

Indeed.
You did not mention money changing hands - merely a willingness to travel.
So... unless someone else is springing for the gas... I'm guessing you'd be spending a lot more than a dime. ;)

Perhaps, if you had offered up your entire collection of college ball caps, you'd have struck a deal in a New York minute! :p

I hope they’re better looking caps than the one in the picture!!!
It is hard to find collegiate baseball caps that have "tennis" on them on the auction site. My BS alma mater disposed of their men's tennis team in 1994, Iowa State. My MS alma mater "John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) does not have a tennis team or any collegiate sports teams:) I actually like the Ole Miss hat for color combo. I have: OK, WI, IA, Exeter, Charleston, Univ MN Duluth (womens) - my favorite, Wartburg, Grinnell, and Baylor.

I’ll get you a really nice looking maroon and white one!!

@Irvin & @Rabbit , Many of these dang colleges enter into contract agreements with Nike, UA, etc., where all they get at the school are generic hats with the schools name or logo. I've had to go to the auction site to find college baseball caps from yesteryear if I want a college hat that also has the word "tennis" on it. Can't even get one for the the local uni and I am friends with the coaches. When I go to local matches I like to wear some other school's hat that says "tennis" on it. They roll their eyes and tell me they will give me an Austin Peay hat but I tell them I don't want one unless it says tennis on it.

I will send a hat your way!
