Prince O3 Tour MP Upgrade?

I'm a 4.0 - 4.5 player that uses a lot of spin. I was hoping to upgrade my Prince O3 Tour MP to a much better Prince Racket. I added a lot of lead tape to my O3 Tour and found it much improved. So I need a little more weight or swing weight because i struggle with depth.

EXO3 Graphite 100
O3 Speedport Tour - 97in scares me a little because i already have enough frame shots.
O3 Speedport Black - too much power?


Why is the O3 Speedport Tour on sale?
Is the EXO3 Graphite 100 supposed to be the replacement for the O3 Speedport Tour?

How heavy is ur o3 Tour right now? And no the exo3 graphite 100 is not replacing the SP Tour, totally differant animals lol. The SP Tour is on sale because it is jus simply not that popular. Take the Black off ur list, that stik has no control and is an arm killer. The SP Tour is really nice, its a spin beast and real easy on the arm, but if ur lookin to increase weight then the SPT prob aint 4 u. The exo3 Graphite 100 is a nice hittin stik, but ull prob lose power if ur comin from an o3 Tour(especially if its leaded up) and honestly its nothin special. U may want to try the oZone Pro Tour if u want a bump up in weight. My Pro Tour is 12.5oz stung, overgripped and rubber banded. It is rock solid from anywhere on the court. Another heavy option is the Rebel 95, that was very nice wen i hit with it.

Speedport Tour weights more than O3 Tour. I believe it's 11.4oz. The O3 Tour MP is 10.9. It is slightly smaller, but not by much.

Speedport Tour is on sale because it's a 2008 model. The EXO3 is 2009 model, obviously, they want to get rid of the Speedport line.

I find that the O3 Tour mp has less swing weight than the EXO3 Graphite 100 and hits with less power/weight of shot. I found the EXO3 may be a little string sensitive in that when I first tried it with the new version of Premier I did not care for the frame at all. I am hitting with one currently strung with Recoil (which I normally don't care for) at just over mid tension....totally different animal. The ball has nastier/heavier reaction off of the court. I too, was a frustrated SP Black user....I found I liked the power and spin of that one but could not vary/control the depth of shot.

Didn’t the Ozone Tour replace the Speedport Tour? Either way, they have too many models that are very similar… O3 Tour, Ozone Tour, Speedport Tour

I thought it was O3 Tour, Speedport Tour, Ozone Tour. The Ozone's came out after the Speedports to satisfy the audience already happy with the original O3's.

If you want to stick with Prince you should definitely try out the POGs and Diablos. Pretty hefty racquets that aren't too difficult to get around.
