HELP!!! I am gona get a new racket and i have been suggested either the Yonex RDS 003 or the Prince O3 White.I play and aggressive baseline game and i'm only an intermediate who prefer 100 sq inch heads.

From what i can gather the Prince O3 white is a good baseline racket with a good sweet spot for people who don't always hit clean strokes but the power needs to be tamed, whereas the RDS 003 doesn't have a sucha large sweetpot.

I really need you help. I am a hopeless choose, I was considering the Head Microgel Radical MP but my tennis coach says its not suited for an intermediate player like me who likes to play it out form the baseline

and i can't demo

Hi J-lob.

You may get other opinions as well. But for the RDS, the sweetspot is quite large. I would really suggest you demo both racquet to find out cause both racquets plays very different. The White is alittle more power than the RDS 003 (IMO anyways). I like serving with the RDS more but both is a very comfortable racquet. Good luck in your search and let me know what you decide w/!

I string these racquets for my buddies and I got the opportunity to try both racquets. I'd say both has very nice sweetspot, IMO, the RDS swings lighter but the O3 has more power. If you play baseline, you'll have a lot of help powerwise with the O3, if you have good racquet head speed and could generate power on your strokes, I suggest RDS. Hope this help.

Don't know about the white but i like the rds003 though the extra length made it a bit sluggish at the net. Another racket to consider is the aeropro drive cortex. It felt very comfortable, more maneuverable than the rds003 even though the sw is higer and has slightly more power. It is very good for spin. I like this racket.

I disagree, I thought apart from the lack of mass the 003 was excellent at net. The .25" made no difference to me. You probably can't go wrong with either to be honest, if you have a medium swing and play with topspin they will perform well. I wouldn't string them below 55 lbs personally.

i cant tell u about the rds because i'd never be seen in the same room with such an ugly racquet,

but i own a couple o3 whites, amazing racquet at the net. great stability from the baseline for its weight. the best and worst attribute is its spin potential. awesome for heavy groundies and kick serves, terrible for string durability (if u play with a lot of top spin).

still, if ur intermediate and string with some poly then the string breakage shouldnt be an issue
