Graphite Pro probably cheaper, and my limited hitting with it feels a little lighter, a little stiffer. you can probably add a little lead tape and match to your 4stripes. not sure about the Graphite comp, but I have hit with comp 90 and the comp is heavier and more flex (compared to POG 90).

The Comp OS is definitely more flexible, it has fiberglass mixed in. I think 80% graphite, 20% fiberglass.

The Graphite Comp and the Graphite Pro are different critters from the Graphite, but all three are great sticks. I don't have a GPro to measure, but I remember it being the same size as the Comp – which is ~103 sq in versus the Graphite's 107. ("Series 110" was just the marketing department's way of saying "oversize".) That's the biggest difference to me, but I have always been more sensitive to head size than to most other specs.

As pointed out, the Graphite is noticeably stiffer than the other two. Stiffness variation in those days was largely accomplished by varying the ratio of carbon to softer fibers, and if memory serves it was Graphite (100% carbon) > Comp (80% carbon / 20% fiberglass) > Graphite Pro (60% carbon / 40% fiberglass).

Note that there are two versions of the Graphite Comp: the first had individual grommets and no bumper guard; the second grommet strips and bumper guard. If it reads "Comp" (not "Graphite Comp"), I believe it is always the first. If it reads "Graphite Comp Series 110" I believe it is always the second. I also believe there are some that read "Graphite Comp" without the "Series 110" that can be either version. I played in college with the first version and loved it. I have a couple of the second version now, for old times' sake, and I love those too.

If you decide to chase down a Comp, it won't be difficult or expensive. (Try to get one with that gorgeous green (faux?) suede cover in good shape, if you can.) I don't see as many Graphite Pros around, but there are some, and they are cheap too.

I have all three. Will type more tomorrow when not on phone

Comp (black with green stripes) is 103ish head and softer than the Graphite - 60ish? Mine is also a tank - over 360g. It is also on its first string job, in 9.0 condition, with the green cover.

Pro (black w gold and white stripe) is a 107 just like the Graphite. 18mm beam instead of 19. Flex in the low 50s, although I saw someone post it as 49. Very soft. Weight is similar. Feels a hair less powerful

wow, thanks alot guys, I will consider buying both of the racquets, your reviews are very promising for what I am looking for in a racquet ;)

I have a Prince Graphite Comp 110 in pristine condition. I picked it up at an estate sale, and the prior owner apparently did not use it much at all. It had the original string and leather grip on it, and I replaced the string right away since it was probably 30 years old, with Technifiber multi-feel at 58lbs. I have not used it hardly at all, as I just have too many racquets. If you are still interested I will let it go for $35 shipped. It also has the suede green cover with it.
