Prince Precision Response MP Grommet Sets : Where to find?

I just used my last set and now I'm on empty. The Precision 660, Ti, and TTWarrior all share the same grommet configuration. The original 660 was reissued awhile back, and I was overjoyed because it meant grommet set availability. However, I'm not able to find any.

Can anyone lead me to a source that doesn't price gouge? Also, Prince currently has a 97" frame, so I'm wondering if the grommets will fit...

Thanks in advance!

When you say the original 660 was reissued a while back do you mean the prince classic response 97? If so, you're in luck because I got 2 grommet sets sitting in the closet.

Off my head the only 97 they got is the new 97p phantom and that's a 16x18.

What's the engineering code? TC25? You could try Tennis Machines, and see if they have any. [Time: 6:12PM PST]

Ok. Pardon my ignorance, but where does one find the engineering code on the PRTi?

I would assume it is printed where the specs on the frame are listed but check all over it. If you can locate a TC25 somewhere then you're good. Looking at pics on google, the PRti looks almost identical to the prince classic response 97 so I think there is a good chance for a fit but confirm first. Or wait for someone else to chime in and confirm.

I've been dissecting and modding my Prince frames (PRTi, 660 - the classic, and Warrior) since the mid/late 1990s and I've never seen that TC number... Yes, all 3 frames has the same pattern and beam width-- cut from the same mold. I think I recall installing warrior grommets on my prti back in the day...

Did you look at the edge of the grommet strips or bumper guard? It is very small lettering. I am fairly sure you use the TC25 or the TC82A replacement. But is has been ages since I have seen a Response so I cannot be sure myself. It is also available from GSS/IART site. Or you can contact the other 2 responders and see if they will 'do you a favor' and let you check before buying. Have fun since you know the grommets are probably out there in the Wild.
