Prince Precision Spectre - Can anybody tell me about this racquet?

I have a 110 version. Fairly thin, blue frame. It seems to have been sold outside the U.S. but that's just a guess. Can anybody add some more details about it like where it was sold, flex, balance, etc.? Is it possibly a rebrand of a frame that was sold in the U.S.?
