prince shoes warranty?

I bought it about 9 weeks ago and one side of rubber is completely gone at both left and right shoes and started to have holes in right side of shoes.
Is this good enough to claim the warranty?

yes you can warranty those. See that little foamy part (little gray sliver)? That means you went through the outsole already. Even if it were only the heel part in your other pics (1 and 3), you could still warranty the shoes.

I saw some of threads regarding on shoes warranty with pictures.
sometimes, members divided into two whether the shoes might qualify for the warranty or not but no original poster reply after their shoe warranty.
this might help someone who wants to find shoe warranty info.

I think prince has one of the best company regarding on the shoe warranty!!!
I sent my shoes on Sep. 21 by USPS priority and I got the new shoes today (09/29) by UPS. Yesterday, I received the letter from prince that they received the my shoes. the letter said it will take two weeks but when I opened my garage door today then I found the box.

Only took one or two days to process the warranty and it took total of 8 days for the entire warranty processing time (6 days for both shipping time).

I agree with you. Prince is a fantastic company in terms of honoring the Outsole Guarantee. I have worn MV/MC/MS 4 shoes for their semi narrow fit and their guarantee and customer service.

Whow wat a sick claim for a use of 9 weeks Definitely a fabric error(if this is an english word). I guess Prince will warranty those. Prince is indeed a great company when it comes tot warranty and customer service!

it was not the defective item. I wore barricade IV for a year to make a hole but I did not play that much last year (two or three times a week).During 9 weeks, I think I put close to 140 hrs on the prince shoes.

I guess no one can give clear answer here ^_^
Since prince has very good shoe warranty so my guess is they will accept the claim without the card. good luck!

Just call Prince customer service and request an RA # (Return Authorization #). They will ask for the shoe name, size and personal info (name and address) so they can send you the RA #. Place the shoes in a box along with original receipt and affix the RA# on box and send out. they are very good at returns - turnaround time is 7-10 business days from date sent out.

This is off the subject but what size did you get in the cobras. Every Prince shoe I've bought I've gotten a half size smaller (I usually wear a size 9 but order size 8.5 in Princes) and they fit perfect. When I got my cobras, they felt really tight. What was your size experience with the Cobras? Thanks!

I have a pair of the Cobras and they are narrower than other prince shoes that I have worn. I would get it a 1/2 size bigger to accomodate this.
