Just got this as an early christmas gift from a customer of mine who collects racquets. Never used, plastic still on handle!

Great stick – foam-filled, thin beam that cuts through the air beautifully, easy racket head speed – with one caveat: it cries out for lead tape around the head. What swing weight it has is mostly due to the extra length, and many will find it a little unstable at stock SW.

OP, from the specs in your sig, you won't have any trouble with the amount of lead it takes to give the Diablo a solid 'thunk' feel at contact.

I pulled the grommet strip away on one of my MP's and peeked inside to see the foam. I've never owned a mid, but it would be weird to me if they were constructed differently.

The mid was made specifically for Jennifer Capriati. Supposedly, she didn't even modify hers from the factory, but I suppose they could have been custom made to her specs. The MP actually just tagged along for sales. So is likely an upscaled version made more for the masses.

Mid was one of the best feeling frames I have owned. Firm, but no vibration. The balance felt great and I loved hitting with it. Unfortunately, I am not good enough to win often with it so I let them go.

POG 100 and LB use the same mold (minus crossbar) as the Diablo midplus and they can share grommets.

POG 90 and Diablo Mid are both really 93s and use the same mold (minus crossbar) but cannot share grommets due to string pattern.
