Private 1 court post-tensioned concrete court cost?

Does anyone know what one of these has cost recently? I see average cost is 80-125K USD in the US, but I really would like to know the full cost including fencing and lighting.

My guess is the cost would vary by location. It would probably be best if you got some local quotes. Depending on site preparation, contractors, to finishing the courts the price point could be very different.

I was hoping to get a price from someone who has actually had one built on their property. Just for curiosities sake. I realize there can be broad regional differences across all aspects of the final cost, not counting the space.

I am in the process of building a full size pickleball court/tennis practice backboard on my existing driveway pouring 1500 sq feet of concrete by myself and the whole project will cost around $3000. It is exhausting labor using a harbor freight mixer only mixing two 60 lb bags at a time that I started in September trying to do 5x10 slab a week. I have half done, taking a break and having fun with it doing pickleball practice with a ball machine on the unfinished side. I already had the material for the fence, lights and backboard and am using a portable net. Pouring flat concrete is difficult and mine will be uneven, sloping with some bad bounces but good enough for practice and great for the convenience. Later on I could have pros lay asphalt on top if I really need a flat court. I believe most public courts are asphalt which is less expensive. My 65 year old concrete driveway doesn't have rebar or major cracks.

In 2018, my home owner association (HOA) spent 100K to update two (2) tennis courts. Original courts were asphalt and built in the early 1980s. For the upgrade, we had the contractor put in post tension concrete over the asphalt courts with a layer of sand in between. We reused the existing fence and tennis court lights. The new courts have been great.

This is a specialized project so there's only gonna be maybe 3-4 guys max in the area to do a court construction - just send them an email and they will give you a estimate for your region. But it's $100K+ if you are going for fence + lighting. I have a court at my house, older asphalt and the cost to just convert to post tension was basically ~$100K excluding the fence and lighting that I have. This was a ballpark because they would need a soil engineer to actually come out and research whether it was viable and I wasn't going to bother. So I really can't imagine doing the whole thing from scratch with fence and lighting for less than $100K
