Pro Code Red Alternative - Looking for Better Notching Resistance

I'm new to hybrids (and polys) and looking for an alternative to Tecnifibre Pro Red Code with better resistance to notching as a cross string.
I wanted to try a poly for spin. I tried a hybrid of NRG2 mains and Pro Red Code crosses 55/51 and loved the way it played. I'm a 3.5 with a decent serve using a Yonex Vcore 97 leaded to 363g. I also strung a backup racket Aero Storm Tour Cortex with a full bed of Pro Code Red at 52 lbs.
My first try with the hybrid played awesome for about 2 hr until I broke a main on a mishit ROS, I'm hoping I just got unlucky :???:. I played my backup full bed Aero Storm 52 lbs and liked it for about 10 hrs until the crosses started to notch and the string bed started locking up. Liked the hybrid better but the full poly wasn't bad. I restrung the hybrid at 53/48lbs and used it for about an hour of practicing serves and have started to notice a little notching in the Pro Red Code crosses.
My reason for the hybrid and poly was to get more spin. I am able to generate my own power so I don't mind trying something lower powered if it will resist notching better as a cross. I'm wondering if YPTP or YPTS would be worth a try. Hoping to get some advice and suggestions from those with more experience.
Is there a poly for crosses that anyone would recommend that will offer better notching resistance? Should I try putting the NRG or a cheap syn gut as the cross with poly mains? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

FWIW today I just broke my kevlar mains. Usually the crosses would break before the kevlar. But in this case the crosses are fine. Try some monogut zx. Make sure its manually prestretched and it should last a while.

Thanks!
I liked monogut in a full bed. I'll try it as a cross.
