Pro Kennex Black Ace 300 Vs Head Prestige MP-L 2021.

hello everyone, I have been playing for some time with pro kennex black ace 300 (black and yellow) they suit me perfectly, but the club sponsor is offering me to move to Head.

I have already played gravity, radical, speed recents. not for me.

previously I really liked radical youtel MP (295g) and Prestige IG youtek S (300 or 305g?)

who would have tried the new MP-L (2021 and 2023 model) and the black ace 300? whether they behave very differently or not?

THANKS

The closest I can get is comparisons to the Prestige S 360+ which is what it was called before the auxetic name change to MP-L. The S is stiffer than the auxetic models, so I imagine the more flexible MP-L will better mimic the BA300 than the S did. Otherwise I’d say they’re fairly similar.

I’m thinking the Boom MP or Extreme MP (or Tour) are also racquets to try in the BA300 category, starting with the Boom.

I currently own both the Black ace 300 and the MP-L 2021.

Although similar on paper, they are quite different feeling rackets.

The Black ace 300 has a wider head shape similar to a pure aero, whereas the MP-L has a more traditional oval head shape. The black ace fits my very spinny forehand as the spin window is larger and it cuts through the air faster than the MP-L.

The Black ace is more comfortable than the MP-L in stock form, but with added weight the MP-L become more stable and comfortable.

You really need to try both to see which one suits your game.

I play better with the Black ace, but prefer the hitting sensation of the MP-L.
