Hey all,
So the old 1990 Pro Staff 95 5.5 si (v2) has been my favorite racquet since I started using them back when they came out - used them throughout my junior years, and even coming back to the game after 30 years, I still prefer them compared to the Shift Pro and new Pro Staff Six.One 95 v14's that I have (although I do like the v14s, so far the Shift seems too powerful for me but still testing out strings/tensions). Anyway, I had the standard blue color Pro Staffs when I was young - and after cleaning out **** of all decent 95 5.5 si's recently, I got one I've never seen before.....a matte grey one from Japan. Anyone have any idea if it's some kind of region-specific (i.e. Japan only) or limited edition version? I did snag a Pro Staff 95 Tour 5.3 si that is a Japan-specific one (same colors as a 4.2 Classic, but in a glossy clearcoat), so I wasn't sure if maybe this 5.5 was something along the same lines.
