Pro stock RF97A spotted on the web

the3W.***gram.com/p/BYLkzWpjM9S/

I caught that days ago. It's from the famous site that sells pro stocks at prices that may or may not require a loan :) just kidding

Doesn't seem to belong to he-who-must-not-be-named. Grip looks like retail black leather (we know he's using brown P1)

Anyways, if by any chance someone bought one here, many people here (among I) would be glad to know the specs if the owner's ok to disclose.

Thanks!

So this is why my RF97A doesn't make me play automatically like a pro...because my racquets aren't pro stock with a flex rating of 57, or have a brown leather grips.

Yeah, that's what it is...
And the reason I don't play as well as Dimitrov is that the retail version of his racket is 95 sq. in. while Dimi's actual racket is 93 sq. in.

Good thing for me, I can clown around just as well as Grigolo can...just need a pair of celebrity cans to make me look good while doing it...

Wow, this must be a line of business where temptation to counterfeit must be quite huge.
Actually, they seem pretty legit. I haven't personally bought over them but they really have many frames. Last one that caught my attention was Grigor's PS93S or whatever name it's entitled.

Couldn't help to bother Wilson on Twitter. In one of their Instagram stories promoting their new custominsing tool, they pictured one of Grigor's camo pj. I mean, it's ok their players don't use retail but come on, whoever used a PS post 2014 could recognize a PS97S. It's like they're displaying a huge sign saying "HEY LOOK WHO'S NOT USING 97S?". At least, show the racquets they're supposed to use... But this might me a little of topic.

Aren't the specs listed on the website that sold the racquet?

It's "coming soon". I'm taking the bar exam in 3 days, I might not think to look after it!
But in the case of Grigor's one, they do not measure flex.

Where does that online pro stock retailer get all their frames from? Do touring pros sell unwanted frames to them or more than likely, player support personnel inherit old frames from their clients and sell to them. Their website gives the illusion of them having a large inventory because previously sold frames are not delisted. It's a good resource for pro stock specs though.

Well, I didn't mean they had many frames in stock, I meant they have many frames going in and out. I also wonder how they get them.

I know the guy who is selling this frame personally, he's a great guy. I trust his knowledge of Pro Stocks, and I've learnt alot from him. He has a huge inventory, and of course I'm not going to spill the beans on how, or who, or where he gets his frames from but they are all legit.

If you guys happened to discuss the flex of the RF over coffee or so, well, please feel free to let us know!

Thanks for posting that picture. Really reminds us of the suffering of the ATP 'lost generation'. Tragic.
