Pro Stretch Step helps plantar fasciitis?

I would not waste money on that.

The only items you need to spend money on are: night splints and Voltaren Gel (you need prescription for this).

Custom orthotics may help, but I doubt it would magically cure your PF.

Don't know about the pro stretch, but you definitley read the following post about how adiallo cured his plantar fasciitis. Some good advice here:

thanks charliefedererer, good link. it's true that the toughest part is rest. for the last couple of months, i went from playing 5-6 days a week to about 3-4 days a week, and now around 2 days a week. i guess it's still not enough. stretching throughout the day seems to help quite a bit.

Pro-Stretch works well for PF

I had a very serious case of PF. I went through the whole realm of treatment from rest, ice, stretching, to deep tissue massage (active release therapy-ART), night splints, over the counter orthotics to custom orthotics, foot rolling devices, stretching aids, eventually I had to break down and receive cortisone shots into both of my heels and arches. This all occurred over the course of a couple of years when I tried to play throught the pain and manage my time on the court. I'm a pretty committed 4.0 player with tournament and league experience. Ultimately, I had to lay off for about three months to let the combination of cortisone and deep tissue massage contribute to my rehab. I never went barefoot and made sure tha all of my shoes had good arches. I kn ow only use K-Swiss shoes because of the excellant arch support. Part of my rehab has been doing stretching excercises and I have used the plastic stretching device named in this thread. I think it works well and I have noticed that they use it at my tennis club which is located in northern california. I stretch on it in the morning and in the evening. I also use it when I finish playing tennis for the day. If you have never used it...I would discount your opinion. Ben/NorCal.
