I found Titan a little softer than PSGD, It's been quote a while since I used OG so I really can't comment. I was using Titan before I switched to a multi ( Max Touch ). I get the same ware out of them. 10-12hrs before they break or the poly goes dead.

Best synthetic gut for crosses:
1) Pro Supex Titan 17g 202 lbs/in. stiffness;
and 2) Forten Sweet 17g 194 lbs/in. stiffness

both are on the softer side, easy to string, softens the stringbed for poly mains or a stiffer/thicker synthetic gut mains.

Get both. One is black and the other is white...

I use both, either as hybrid crosses or as full jobs, and I prefer forten Sweet 17. Both are good syn guts, but Sweet a little softer with superior cupping of the ball giving better control. Sweet comes in several colors while Titan is black (and looks great btw).

I have tried Titan and PSGD as a cross with a multi. The Titan played really bouncy and soft. the PSGD was much stiffer/crisp feeling.

Anyone know how Pro Supex Spiral Flex compares to PSGD?

Spiral Flex is softer than PSGD and holds tension better. Easier to string, less string movement and better overall playability. For about the same money it is far superior. It is a little stiffer than Titan however but personally I like Spiral Flex better than just about anything for crosses in a hybrid with poly.

Actually Spiral Flex is $20 cheaper by reel.
