Pro's Leg Training Regiment

    I've read a few threads about many very helpful exercises to condition legs and get them in shape, but does anyone know or can anyone guess exactly what kind of regiment that the pro's like Blake, Rafa and Federer use to keep themselves fresh through long 3 to 5 set matches? We know that the key to keeping your strokes consistent is to be able to get to the ball quickly and efficiently, and I know a lot of that is match experience, but there is a lot that goes into it off-court that I don't know and am very curious about if anyone knows. Not only what kinds of exercises, but length of time and intensity of these exercises. 30 minutes to an hour on a very steep bike machine, 45 minutes of on-off sprints?.. etc
