Pro's pro clamps for Alpha Axis

I assume you mean these:

The chances of the shaft diameter being the same as the ones you have now are not good. The smaller the shaft the more play you will have. The larger shaft may not even work. Your best bet is flying clamps. You can get a pair like these for less than the price of the swivel clamps:

EDIT: And they are out of stock right now and they don't list the shaft diameter. If you call them I doubt very seriously if they will be able to tell you the shaft diameter, but you could try. You could add the bases too (which may or may not work) for another $100 but then if you find they don't work you are out $150 (plus VAT) for the clamps and bases.

Pro's Pro are renamed EAgnas machines. Like Irvin said, the shaft diameter is different than those of the Alpha. I have an Alpha Apex and the EAgnas clamps do not fit.

^^I thought the Pro's Pro was the European name. I do know those items I showed above were taking off a European site and still say Pro's Pro.

The maker is the same for the two brands. I agree that flying clamps are the way to go.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

Could some one please post the shaft diameters of the Alpha and Eagnas Clamp bases.

I will post the measurements of my Alpha Clamps.

May be we can have a sticky thread with all these measurements.

Thanks..

I have two Eagnas clamps part number PN-1012. The shaft measurement with a digital caliper is around 11.90 mm - varies between 11.88 and 11.91 when measuring different parts of the clamp shaft.

Also, Racquet Depot was very quick to respond to an email with dimensions on a swivel clamp base bar so they should be able to help with the clamp shaft diameter.
