I need opinions from people who played it.
I've found a old review on it but i would like to know more. I don't usually rely on stringforum(.net) opinions.

Thank you

I had already read your review. To what string would you compare Intense Heat? The comfort is good for a poly, once again to which string would you compare in terms of comfort?

Thank you.

I had my first hitting session with Intense Heat 1.25 today, strung @46 lbs. It was only for an hour, but it was with the #2 singles player from UCLA from last year, so we hit plenty of balls.

Initial observations are: Plenty of power for a poly at this gauge, no string movement, good volleys, and comfortable.

If I were to compare it to another string for now, I would say Topspin Cyber Blue, because of the power and comfort. I'll see if that holds up.

Once these settled, power was a bit less and control became better and better. Less like Cyber Blue and more like Cyber Flash, without the spring. An interesting string.

This string deserves more focused attention as it seems to be the only poly that feels remarkably comfortable at high tensions, say, 27 kg on 6.1 95 or 28 kg on Juice PD. The natural one is the winner in the comfort cum control contest against the blue one. I have also bought a silver reel for the sake of completeness.

So what is your assessment on the different colors? How do they compare in spin, control, power, comfort and playability duration?

Before drawing to conclusions, I've got the creeping suspicion that the natural IH 1.25 is actually 1.30, because I don't see the natural colour among the 1.25 strings at the PP site. The calliper also says, blue and natural are different by half a gauge.
