Hey buds,

I have a PP 500 and the clamp bases are going and will no longer cam over reliably. Will I have to replace the complete rail system, or is there a replacement cam available?

Cheers

Looks like you have to replace the whole system except for the clamp; unless you can get your repaired.

At least these parts aren't too difficult to get hold of, but then that tells another story.

Regards

I bought one of the clamp/rail combos thinking I could use the base clamp on an old non-rail table, but it didn't work out for me. However, I would imagine that the majority of the cost is the base clamp, not the rail, so you wouldn't be saving much if you could buy the base clamp separately. Before you do that, go to youtube and enter "rebuild cone lock tennis base clamp", there are a couple of videos to adjust Eagnas base clamps, and I would guess yours are similar if not the same.
