ProStaff 6.0 95 vs ProStaff Tour 95, are they genuine?

I wanted to buy a ProStaff 6.0 95" but I can't find any new one. Only some used ones on the internet biggest sales market for $200-250. Then I came across the ProStaff Tour 95 which I found it new for $150. Although both are labelled as ProStaff I sense that they do not share much in common. The Tour 95 seems like a predecessor of the ncode 95 while the ProStaff 6.0 95" is something else.
Weightwise I like the fact that the Tour 95 is lighter, suits me more but I see a general trend that the ProStaff 6.0 95" is better, more stable... Also the ProStaff 6.0 95 has 16x18 pattern while the ProStaff Tour 95 16x19. I have never hit with a 16x18 racquet...

Besides all that there is an extra dilemma. Go for a used one ProStaff 6.0 95" or a new one ProStaff Tour 95"...
The used ProStaff 6.0 95" are around $200-250 unstrung. The seller of the ProStaff 6.0 95" has 100% positive feedback and 1801 points (172 positive the past 12 months).

If I go for the used ProStaff 6.0 95" should I ask for wilson barcode number of the racket to check its authenticity and the unstrung weight of the specific racket to be sure it's genuine? Is the $200-250 a reasonable price for ProStaff 6.0 original 95"?

I found pictures of 2 Pro Staff 6.0 95" midplus racquets... They look different but I do not know which is ok and which is not...

The ProStaff 6.0 95 and ProStaff Tour 95 are entirely different racquets. (One significant difference: the 6.0 is a box beam design, while the Tour 95 is elliptical beam. Very different in feel.)

I remember the Tour 95 was pretty much panned by everyone here at Talk Tennis.

Hope that helps.

The general idea and view I got was that the Tour 95 was not liked that much. I read the T-W review though and did not look bad.
I am inclined to the PS 6.0 Original 95 but... can't find it new, only used and I can't be sure it's genuine. Unfortunately the photos available are not that helpful...

I see your dilemma re the 6.0 95. I haven't heard much over the years about fake ones (not that that means there are none). I guess I would be inclined to look for older ones and ask the seller for detailed photos, where he bought it from, and, importantly, the condition of the grommets. Also look at his feedback, etc...

A little out of the norm, but you could see if new ones might be available in Japan. I remember seeing pics of some new 95s and 85s recently in another thread.

I haven't used the 6.0 95, but a number of our pals here have found the Donnay Pro One mp to compare well to that Wilson, though the Pro One has a mildly firmer hoop. Considering the price of the new Donnays, you may want to think them over.

Thank you mates.
First thing I did was to ask for more photos since we are talking about used rackets and a figure of strung or unstrung weight. Also I asked for the wilson bar code number. The other thing I did was to collect photos of the PS 6.0 95 from other threads of this board, especially from threads "post photos of your gear etc...".

One of the sellers said he will provide more photos on Sunday. His racket is unstrung. I will post here the photos as soon as I get them to tell me your opinion.

I like very much the matte appearance of this racket. And I want to have a 16x18 racket.

I found some japanese sites but the only word I understood was dvd...
