pure drive GT vs pure drive cortex?

so it sounds the the pure drive GT is the new pure drive model (please correct me if i'm wrong, I haven't been up to speed on my racket models :\ )

how does it stack up against the pure drive cortex? any advice? I'm looking to possibly replace my pure drive, and was wondering if the GT offers anything that might keep me using the pure drive and not switching to another model/make.

In my opinion, the pre Cortex Pure drive was the best one to date. I haven't hit extensively with the other two, but the non cortex-pre swirly pure drive is awesome.

The Pure Drive GT is supposed to be more solid and less hollow than the Cortex.

Agreed this was the best Pure Drive, hands down
The newer Cortex and GT models are stiffer & not as arm friendly

Without even a shadow of a doubt - Pure Drive Team is the best (although I have not tried the Swirly). This racket will be one that goes down in the Hall of Fame - it's already becoming a much deserved classic.

if someone said to me, you can only keep 1 racket in your bag - I would have no hesitation and keep the Pure Drive Team, over any and every single racket I have ever demo-ed or purchased.....

Babolat would make a mint, if they re-launched it as a classic - that's for sure!

My friend owns 3 of these. I hit with them, and I'm pretty amazed.
Any chance you hit with the super-old Babolat Soft Drive?

Seriously? never hit with the cortex, but the GT was probably the most hollow feeling stick I ever hit with, absolutely horrible!
