No, not even close.First off they have different headsizes,and the holes are spaced and cut totally different.Although the similarties are numerous they are very different.Babolat cut's their grommet holes much different than Wilson who'se knots are in different places.The woofer channel is much deeper and wider than wilson's grommet channel.Most frames don't have interchangeable grommets,let alone one's from different companies.I know that the PD(with woofer) is all that's out, but there was a time when the PD had no woofers and used more traditional grommets.Maybe looking online you might find them and even then I don't know that they will match exactly.
