They are two completely different racquets. The Pure Drive is stiffer and has more power.
It really all depends on your game.

I think the MGPMP has a really bad balance, its too headlight and doesnt have enough weight in the head, which makes it unestable on groundstrokes. I had to heavily customize my MGPMP by adding tons of lead in the head to make it more stable and less HL.

Completely different racquest. The Head has no power and the PD has tons of power and little control. Put 4 or 5 grams of lead tape at 3 and 9 oclock and you have a very stable player's racquet with great control. You need to make your own power with this racquet of course. The PD has too much power for my long strokes. I'm sure the PD with some tight poly would be killer though.
