Pure Storm GT Equivalent

Super niche question but what modern/new frame do you think is most equivalent to the Babolat Pure Storm?

Racquet Finder

I have 9 Pure Storm GTs: 2 Tour GTs, 1 95 LTD GT+ and 6 GTs. I had just assumed the Pure Strike was the modern equivalent. But when I plugged it in Racquet Finder just now it doesn't come up. Add a little weight in the right search box and the list gets appreciably longer.

The model you asked about is a 16x20 98 in². And they had RA between 59-62 depending on QC. Perhaps the newer Head Prestige MP, but to be honest, I do not think there are any frames out there with that string pattern and flex.

So depending on the year of Pure Storm as some were stiff some were flexible I would say take a look at the gravity line and vcore line.

Of note Fernando Gonzalez is playing with vcore 98+ and he was long time swirly user....

I would try the latest Pure Strike Tour - a bit heavier, but plays somewhat similar otherwise.

Pure Strike VS. Other than the paint job and slight weight difference (probably because they used less paint and lacquer, the frame looks and plays exactly the same as my 4 Pure Controls and pair of Pure Storms.

the swirly is a Pure control of 330 gr unstrung and not very soft thanks to the kevlar. So if you like very soft, dont use that nor most Vcores except the 18x20 version maybe?
The Ezone dr is very soft.
