PV Audio's Playtest Thread

Hey PVaudio I saw you mentioned you buy signum pro strings that get like damaged and stuff. I wanted to know if you could give me the american contact info.
p.s. I just wanted to talk to them about a problem with a product and where I could send it not trying to get the damaged strings

bump it would be very helpful

gassed for sure...i could only imagine the pain.
the BH at 2:34 for sure was the one that takes the cake!

Great work out. I try and do this as well with a couple of other players after a couple of sets have already been played. We do rallies (singles) where after the 5th ball hit the pace is ramped up and our legs and fundamentals are hanging by thread
Man I had nothing left in the tank, that was just a breather

Fitness? Yeah, need more of that :)

Yep PV, def gassed, balls spraying everywhere, but it's good you can laugh at yourself. Are you still with the Prestige Pro? Do you prefer the ball machine or person when practicing?

For practice, a player absolutely. For training/fitness, the machine since it doesn't also degrade as it tires out :)

Any new string testing? Or is that over with now?

On a different note, I played a club tournament this past weekend where I had the chance to watch Purdue's top travel team after mine was knocked out of the tournament. Needless to say, they're pretty damn good lol.

Oh yeah lol. There was a guy that spent 3 years on varsity before joining club that hit the absolute hell out of the ball. And your president hits damn well, too. For a girl that is

Merry Christmas everyone, pv are you planning on demoing the graphene prestige pro? I'm hesitate to pull the trigger since they're going lighter.

Good summer to all! Just wanted to "update" in that there is no real update. Still going strong with the Prestige Pro, although I cracked one on a serve  but am doing Scorpion/Nvy at 47/50. Can anyone give me a run down of what's the "hot" string out there these days?

My good man, were you not using Pacific/Co-Focus a year ago? I believe it was you who started the entire gut/CoFocus trend on here. :)

pvaudio - hope family life is going well. How'd you crack the racquet? I thought I was going to loose my racquet on my serve today. It was a different racquet and the grip wasn't tacky enough. Thought it was going to slip out when serving...

regardless...hot string of the moment? I'm playing with some old stock Beast Attack. It was on sale for like $3 and got a good batch.

Happy hitting!

Welcome back my brother from another mother. Check out my polys thread. I've been going full poly since the end of last year. Have a good 4th of July.

Full poly!?!? The arm is holding up?

dj, I thought I had one more game before I should switch sticks because the grip was greasy. Turned out I had one less game :(

The arm is fine but I always compensate with pain somewhere else in my body. On a long vacation so hopefully everything heals up.
