Yummy is right!! :)

Looks like it would go wonderfully with coffee

At first I thought "CARAMELIZED POTATOES???", then I remembered that they're called "pomme de terre" in French...

Should be noted that I only speak kitchen French, like mirepoix, bouquet garni and the widely known mice en place...
kitchen french... :)

(by the way, it's a bit familiar but you can also say "patates" for "pommes de terre"... i don't think many potatoes would be offended by the use of this term) ;)

In the last 10 years, the only top-2 player (in a given time) that could not reach QF in the four GS is Andy Roddick.

That gives you an idea about how homogenised conditions are today.
i was wondering about haas... but ok, he was #2 just a bit more than 10 years ago. ;)

  • roddick (missing RG), retired

Speaking of quarter-finals, Nadal at the quarter-finals of Roland Garros has lost 63 games in 7 quarter-finals.
Federer at the quarter-finals of Wimbledon has lost 164 games in 11 quarter-finals.

So, at the quarter-final stage of Nadal and Federer's respective pet slams, Nadal has been far more dominant.

Aaaaaand that's it. To the ignore list. For the first time, ever, someone goes there. You should feel proud ;)

Nadal has been far more dominant at RG in general than Roger at Wimbledon. Roger's even LOST 3 grandslam quarterfinals at wimbledon (Henman, Berdych, Tsonga).

Btw, could you please give us your first name, otherwise the list we have to refer to (bullz1lla, NSK, 616360 etc) becomes too long

Federer has also lost in the first round of Wimbledon 3 times. A pattern is emerging.

You can refer to me as 6-1 6-3 6-0. I prefer not to reveal my first name due to privacy issues. Why am I on that list, exactly? People seem to think that I am some character called 'NSK' (another abbreviation that looks suspiciously like an insult); I would love to see why. And I haven't a clue who or what 'bullz1lla' means. Could you please stay on-topic?

Haha, because of your response. I'm sure a mod will check it out. Anyway, you are emerging a few days after Nadal_Slam_King (NSK) is banned and you come up with the same nadal statistic nonsense in every not related topic. I think we'll stick with NSK for your next accounts as well.

Berdych has a good chance to be added here I think at the USO. He should have the game to do well there.

a new member in the 4QF/4 club... :)
congratulations to delpo !
now, in the next round... will he finally get his revenge from last year's R16 against ferrer and join the 3SF/4 club ? or will ferrer join the 4SF/4 club by reaching his 1st SF at wimbledon ? ;)

also, verdasco now appears on the 3QF/4 (he only misses a QF at RG... surprisingly ?).

vive le beau jeu !, Your list is a bit distorted because you give only numbers of open era. Rosewall (30 QFs although he missed 45 Grand Slam tournaments in his prime because he was a pro prior to open era!), Laver and Emerson deserve a much higher place.

i know... the list has to be interpreted while being conscient of these limitations.
also, my list has not been updated for some time... sorry for that.

Stan got this at Wimbledon last year.

Raonic if he wins today goes 3/4. Kei, Grigor and NK sitting on 2 and ready for more.

I heard on channel 7 that Djokovic made his 23rd consecutive QF in slams after tonight only two men have also achieved greater or the same and they were Federer and ??? Can't remember if anyone reads this they might remember and tell you!!!
