He is not any slower, but in past months his desire to reach the ball has been less, so he looked slower. You can see in this match the desire for a title is strong, so he is making more balls back.

Nah, can't draw much conclusion from halle.

Its really hard to gauge Federer level of last 1 and half years. Almost all of top players crashed out injury. I dont know how good Federer has been.
