Question about durability guarentee shoe replacement.

I know that if TW no longer has the originally purchased shoe in stock, you receive credit towards another pair of shoes. However, if you still have the original shoes in stock (in this case Prince Rebels), am I able to request credit towards another pair (like the T22's). When I bought the Rebels, I was looking for replacements for my discontinued T10's, and it seems the T22 are just that (though a little wider). And of course I know if possible, I'd also have to cover the difference in purchase price.

It should be no problem for us to accommodate your request, just contact our customer service department and we can walk you through the steps to get store credit to apply to different shoes.

Just so you're aware, any shoe purchased (in part or whole) with Sole Warranty credit will not carry any form of warranty for replacement.
