Question about K90 price

I just bought a k90 that's brand new condition for $140 shipped. Is that a good deal? Can someone give me some reasons why it's better to buy this than a used one at this price? How much are used ones? Thanks

well

I bought it from craigslist and it was only $140. It's unstrung and has the wrapper on the handle and has the cardboard kfactor details where the string should be.

did you really just ask if paying the same for new is better or worse than used at the same price? New is always best...UNLESS you can get your hands on a racquet that has actually been used by the pro that uses it.

Are you sure it's a genuine K90? I've seen a guy advertising K90s in California on craigslist for the same $140 price. They are FAKE. Be very careful with these sellers.

Wilson K90 from Sport Check

Sport Check (a big Canadian sporting goods store chain) was selling Wilson KFactor Six One Tour 90s for $110.00 Canadian.

Unfortunately, after making 15 phones calls, they are basically sold out in the Western Provinces. There may be some in Eastern Canada, but probably not.

Apparently becuase they put in such an order, they get a reduced price and YES they were selling them for $110.00 Canadian. Which works out to about $100 American. And they WERE NOT fakes. I checked into it with the Canadian Wilson rep and he says that Sport Check regularly puts in major orders.

Just goes to show you how much profit companies make on racquets. Especially since Sport Check was still making a profit on them.
