Question about wrist action usage on forehand...

hey, i've been wondering this week about how to hit a proper forehand, the swing, form and everything, and although i have a pretty good forehand, i find it the most confusing shot to me right now, but just on some things like:

1-When i swing my forehand, do i keep my wrist laid back during the swing and even a little bit more after contact? that is, do i keep my same laid-back wrist posotion when i contact the ball, or do i roll my wrist upwards just before i make contact to (suppossedly?) add more spin/topspin to the ball or also more racquet-head speed or is this all wrong and i don't have to use my wrist at all, keep it straight?

2-Also, this might sound the same as the above, but so then i don't have to make a wrist movement like the one you make when swinging a baseball bat and hitting the ball, with my racquet?

help please to clarify this! thanks

Have a look at these Nalbandian sequences - should give you a better idea of how the wrist position works through the swing.
