Question for TW Staff about RG Wilson Clash

Hi @TW Staff , is the blue paint on the RG edition Wilson Clash 100 same as the rubber velvet like black paint present on the regular Clash 100? Or is it more matt or gloss blue? I can't tell from pics. Deciding on which one to purchase and not a fan of velvety paint so if RG edition is not rubber/velvet I'll purchase that.
