from personal experience, from the day they receive the frame, i've had it take anywhere between 1-5 business days. just dpeneds on how busy they are

Correct, we are sold out of the bag and are not expecting to get any more in stock. Like snoflewis mentioned, it could take 1-5 days to get the racquet back to TW and a couple more days to process. Did you use our return shipping label? We could track it to see where it is at.
