At the risk if sounding like a noob will a 4pts hl racquet feel lighter to swing through the air than a 7 pts hl racquet ?
Thanks

I think it depends on the overall static weight and design of the frame. But generally... the more HL a racket is, the easier it should be to swing.

If all other differences between the racquets are minimal, in general the 4 HL racquet will feel less manueverable and swing more sluggish.

ThAnks so much. The only other variables I know of is that the 4 pts hl rac weighs 11.5 ounces strung with a swing weight of 321 grams whilst the 7 pts hl rac weighs 11.7 ounces but with a swing weight of 312 grams
Plus the 4pts head light has a thin beam frame whilst the 7pts hl frame is of a box beam nature.
I wonder then which would swing lighter?

Swingweight is a big factor. I have a racquet that is about 6pts HL and one that is 2pts HL, but the 2pts HL feels lighter to swing because the SW's are 330 and 305 respectively.
