I watched Thiem yesterday, and was very impressed with his grass game. I think Djok has the hardest (potential) quarterfinal. Cilic could be very tough too. Raonic has not been much of a player lately.

OK, good. I don't want him moved to another court, I might not get coverage on TV. Not as good for Nadal playing with the roof closed though ... Maybe they don't have to close the roof for the lights though?
Looks like Murray is going through Dustin fast. Dusting him ... hehe

Nadal has a nice draw. No big servers early (KK I guess, but that's not early) and a gradual increase in level of the opponents. I was not one who considered KK a real threat, if Nadal was playing well.
Murray's draw just got a whole lot easier too, with Nick then Waw gone.
I think DJok has the hardest draw. Delpo and Thiem in his quarter. Fed for the semi.

Are you sure they'll go that late. Even if they got lights I don't think they'll go far with the time

YOu mean Andy not looking great right? I agree. I haven't watched a lot, but he missed some routine shots. I thought all season Djok was better than Andy, and it's probably still the case.

Dont think Delpo is playing that great. Cilic much better.Several players that are in better than Delpo I think.
Andy can be pretty tough on grass.... Maybe the second best on grass at the moment after Federer.
 
for me nadal and federer look the best at wimbledon. :D nadal is not anymore so boring as he was - its really nice to watch his groundstrokes

Yes, we stick here. Already longer than the other thread. If sour pubertal posters come here lets link them the other thread. And if any Rafa fans or whatever want to quarrel they can go into that other thread too :D

Hmm, you think Andy is playing better than Rafa?
I'm not arguing, btw, I didn't watch Andy (would only have been interested in the upset or a closer match, saving my eyes for Rafa)
Delpo may not be that great so far, but let's not forget what he did to Murray DC (OK, not grass) but I say a tough draw because Djok has to play Delpo 3rd round, that's a much tougher opponent than the rest face 3rd round.
Cilic would be a quarterfinal opponent for Rafa, Thiem for Djok.
When the draw first came out it was Cilic that concerned me for Rafa.
PLayer's level can change a lot round to round, as we know.
 
Classic. A fed fans comes on the thread to ***** that there's a thread where Rafa fans can post without having to look at all their hatred.

This thread is longer now anyways. And we will continue with double threads for every match if its needed. Why not. I came into this forum for tennis. Not to be called a lib and all sorts of horrid stuff.

Man, I don't care who has the main match thread. I went out and played tennis this morning and came back to see the same 3 users spamming a circle jerk for 3 pages to make their thread the main one. Let them have it. But I do recommend a mod changes the thread title to the official match thread for users with low testosterone. Ghost of Agassi has over 20 posts in this thread. lmao. What a bunch of dorks.
 
Finally. 2 swans are good enough. Congrats Murray. Can't stand all the hype for Brown. Amazing/wonderful/sublime talent? Give me a break. Don't brother reading the thread for that match since there must have been quite some hatred for Murray there.

Andy played splendid vs Brown. He is really getting his serve into good shape again. Andy great on grass.
Really hope the Thiem and Novak match would happen!
And yes, Cilic is a concern if Rafa gets that far. Bur Rafa is pretty good vs big servers and baseliners too. So Cilic not that horrifying thought.

Im not swedish though. But I can agree. Many men in Scandinavia can be too soft. I lived in USA for a while and the men there were really nice to me. Gentlemen and very reliable. But the women in USA are very masculine compared to here. Talk loud and dress like men. That was a typical thing I heard from the American men all the time.. that I was so feminine compared to what they are used to over there. But you have nice men (often too short though, thats the only negative), thats for sure!
