Racket help coming from a Wilson BLX Bold

So when I started tennis my racquet was he Wilson BLX Bold which plays great, manoeuvrable, comfortable, good on serves volleys and helps with consistency but has no spin even with rpm blast. I am coming onto 16 years of age now and decided it was best to go for a heavier racquet that gave good topspin so I tried the new Babolat Pure Strike 16X19 which helped with depth, topspin and accuracy of groundstrokes a lot. Somehow I play really inconsistent with it especially serves and volleys, even after using it for 5 months.

So what should I do? I think these are my options:
1. Stick with the Wilson and add weight to give it more spin (don't know if that works)
2. Stick with the Babolat and keep loosing
3. Get another racquet, similar to the Wilson. Maybe a racquet with 100 square inch or more flexible. Perhaps the 100 square inch pure strike or the head speed.

This has been bugging me for ages on and off the court any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Demo a blade 98 16x19, and just know that weight is the easier problem to solve. Feel is something you either have or don't...it can't really be tweaked very much once you own the frame. Demo demo demo. I can't stress it enough. You'll never know where to go next if you aren't trying out new frames when you're searching for the right one for you. Even if you have friends that have good frames, ask to hit with them and see if you like how the numbers add up. Racquets are all about the numbers (static weight, recoil weight, twist weight, etc.), and the feel of them is what makes a racket comfy or not. Try stiff rackets, then try flexible ones. That's the only way you'll be able to find what's right for you in terms of feel and play. Heavier is better, I'd argue, but it takes time to get used to a heavier frame if you're coming from a lighter one...but a 10oz blade (I think that's their weight, or close to it) can easily accept some lead tape at the right places to up the numbers as you need them.

Demo, and find a good canvas with which to build the frame that's right for you and your game.

EDIT: Don't forget about that windshield wiper motion on the all strikes to get good spin when you need it.
