Racket recommendations for tennis elbow issues

I would appreciate any suggestions on good tennis rackets for someone with tennis elbow problems. I am a 3.0-3.5 female player. I play between 6-10 hours every week and the tennis elbow has recently become a big issue.

Currently playing with a head heavy racket and just learned I should be playing with a head light. Suggestions very appreciated.

Prince Tour 100T or Prince Tour 100 T ESP.
Both are maneuverable, extremely plush, headlight and forgiving. They likely are lower powered than what you currently play so you can string them with a very soft string for added comfort as well.

Other than the fact that you're hurt, you don't give us much precision. What is your current racquet? And what is your current string model, gauge, tension, and how long (in hours on court) have you left this stringjob on your racquet?

In my opinion, an even higher priority for promoting arm-friendliness is avoiding high string tensions or harsh string types, specifically poly or poly hybrids. Lots of racquets out there to try for sure, but whatever you settle in with ought to treat you better with a softer string.

Natural gut has a phenomenal reputation for being easy on the arm, but many multifiber strings can deliver great performance and a cozy ride, too.

Unfortunately another victim of light HH stiff racquets. :(

Shorter than using a really heavy (340g+) and HL (8+) player racquet, which would probably be to big of a change for you based on limited information provided, I would go for Head Microgel Radical MP, or OS if you really prefer oversize.

It is cheaper and more arm friendly (really low stiffens) than later versions of Radical.

Also as someone said strings are important here as well. Avoid stiff poly strings and high tensions.

I think you should look into some prince racquets with low stiffness rating.
Yep.

Low stiffness rating (below 65) and NO POLY strings (except really soft ones--below 210 RSI rating--in a hybrid with softer multis).

I have lingering TE, and use Dunlop Black Widow 18g in a hybrid.
