Racket recommendations

I am a high schooler, and I am on the market for a new racket. I am currently using the gravity tour, however, I want something more stable. Does anybody have any recommendations for a new racket. I am leaning towards the prestige tour atm.

You can just try the gravity pro if you want more stability & control and don’t want to switch to something completely new.

It makes sense as you are using the tour anyway.

Demo the new Vcore Pro 97D if you can. Very stable and arm friendly like the Gravity series. Tons of control too if you like 18x20 string patterns.

The Prestige Tour sounds like a good stick to try. (y) One of the few out there with an 18x19 pattern.

Edit: I think the current price point is a great bonus.

Prince textreme tour 100 310, hell of a racquet, give it a try, stable, powerful, precise, spiny, flatty, everything in its right measure, if you need to beef it up maybe go with the 290 version which has more margin for customization

@AEROSPEED , why do you think you need a new racket? Are you currently UTR 7+? If not maybe you need to drop an ounce and increase your practice reps x2 or maybe drop to a 16x19. What string and what tension? Are you getting weekly high level lessons with lots of reps during the week? You must have a great after school job to drop that much on a racket when paying for car, gas, car insurance, clothes, food, etc. If you are spending your parents money then of course switch rackets:)

Haha, are you okey?, you put a smiley at the end but i feel like youre holding a gun or a razor blade while posting that, hey @AEROSPEED, do what this guy says and dont you dare being in the market for a new raquet, instead, do 1000 push ups and go train, yeah go train till your racquet feels like the best in the world, not utr +7? Really? Then how come you try to switch your raquet my boy??!! Would the racquet do that to you? Ah? Would it switch you? NO IT WOULDNT, so go out there right now, burn your raquet, and do 2000 reps just with your hand, itll hurt, but then you go work in a supermarket and then, only then, you can buy a racquet okey? And remember, go down an ounze on it and get some ounzes of muscle yourself

One of the main reasons for the change is because my racket has a lot of wear and tear. I'm currently a 5, I don't really play many tournaments. I currently use tour bite @55. I get privates weekly and usually two hitting sessions on average.

also i have just been using an 18x20 most of my life

@AEROSPEED , go to TW racket finder, unclick "current models only," find a racket in the spec you are interested in and go to the big auction site and spend a fraction of the price of new. Look at the pics carefully, ask questions. At my age, 66, I am probably your UTR and am on the courts 5 days a week and love every minute. But on a fixed income switching rackets at new prices seems irresponsible when so many "cast off" rackets are on E B A Y that fit my likes. I have 40+ rackets currently on "the wall." All I acquired used and many mint condition.

P.S. Also all rackets made in the last 50 yrs are probably made of carbon/graphite etc., petroleum if you will. Think about it.

Slap .5g of lead tape at 3 and 9 on your existing racquet first and see how you go? Could save you some $$ if stability is all you're after.

Ye but eventually i would need to get a new racquet since I only have 1. Gravity Tours are kinda hard to find.
