I know the specs that is advertised is not same and accurate for all rackets for each company. for example Head rackets can vary up to 0.2-0.3 ounces from each frame to frame. Also HL balance isn't the same for all rackets. and same is true for Babolat and wilson. Exactly how much can the specs vary from frame to frame on Weight and balances. ?? and which company is the Worst and which company is the Best(meaning least variance from each racket to racket).

I happen to know that Babolat "allows" their rackets to differ within the following specs:

Weight : plus/minus 7 grams
Balance: plus/monis 7 mm

That may not sound like a big deal but it can give quite a big difference in what really matters namely SWINGWEIGHT !

Having said that I have never had my Babolat rackets to differ a lot !

Furthermore in my experience brands like Fischer and Vantage are spot on as opposed to Prince and Wilson !!

youre guaranteed the specs are within the given range.
Guaranteed by who? The manufacturer? Good luck asking Wilson to do anything, I had a Wilson k90 that was off by 20+ grams, when I called they refused to exchange it. Babolat was the only bran that would replace a raquet, but their definition is +\- of 15 grams. If you want quality you just have to buy yonex. With Wilson head and babolat you just roll the dice-- but I must say may ignites and rebels are right on the money and are nearly identical to one another.

You can pay some extra money to get the rackets you buy matched before shipping.

I remember on an older head racket it said weight +/- 7 that is a possible difference of 14! If you get one at the light end and one at the high end.

I know it doesn't provide any scientific proof, but I just measured my three Babolat Pure Storm Ltds:

1) Weight: 342 g / 12.06 oz
SW: 310
Flex: 62
Balance: 31 cm

2) Weight: 339 g / 11.96 oz
SW: 305
Flex: 63
Balance: 31 cm

3) Weight: 340 g / 11.99 oz
SW: 304
Flex: 62
Balance: 31 cm

For comparison:

TW) Weight: 335 g / 11.80 oz
SW: 305
Flex: 62
Balance: 8 pts HL

(Mine all have identical overgrips.) Pretty good QC, I'd say.

I have 2 KPS88, 2 KBT, and 2 K90 and they all weigh exactly the same to the tenth of an ounce. I weighed them on our postal scale at work. Wilson QC seems great to me.

Does the different grip sizes weight different ? 4 and 1/2 versus 4 5/8 ?? and would the balance point be different between diff grip sizes as well ??

Wilson have the least quality control in my experience, by far.

I've noticed differences of 8-9 grams in my nBlades, and huge differences too in balance points.

The rest of brands are more or less in a good level (including babolat, head...), except of Fischer and Yonex (are in the best position here)
